奥斯达蓄电池GFM100 为水电站直流110V系统更换电池组

    华能雨汪电厂输煤、锅炉补给水、三级泵站110V直流蓄电池组均为奥斯达AUSSDA电源生产的GFM100型阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池，共153只，单只电压2V，容量为100Ah，蓄电池组均为柜式安装。输煤、锅炉补给水、三级泵站110V直流蓄电池组于2009年7月投运，截至目前已投运12年。2018年12月对输煤、锅炉补给水110V直流蓄电池组进行带负荷放电试验时，放电至5h单只电压低于2V，2019年2月对三级泵站110V直流蓄电池组进行带负荷放电试验时，放电至5h单只电压低于2V，不满足DL/T724-2000电力系统用蓄电池直流电源装置运行与维护规程6.3.2：发电厂或变电所中只有一组电池，不能退出运行、也不能作全核对性放电、只能用I10电流恒流放出额定容量的50%，在放电过程中，蓄电池组端电压不得低于2V*N。基于以上原因，需对奥斯达蓄电池组进行更换。
