奥斯达蓄电池GFM-300 220V300Ah直流电源系统工作方式

为可靠供给计算机监控系统 LCU、网络设备、保护设备、事故照明等直流负荷用电，在配电室二站设置一套220V/300Ah直流电源系统。

1）配电室二站直流系统包括一组奥斯达蓄电池220V、300Ah (104只)阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池和一套高频开关电源充电装置。直流系统采用单母线接线，辐射供电方式。充电单元采用(2+1)高频开关电源模块冗余方式并联组合供电，每块充电模块的额定输出电流为40A。充电装置交流供电输入端应采用双回供电并具有切换装置，应设置防止电网浪涌冲击电压侵入充电模块的浪涌保护器。

奥斯达蓄电池单只电压为2V300Ah，共104只，采用阀控式密封铅酸蓄电池。在监控单元管理下完成充、放电控制，母线绝缘监测，各馈电支路绝缘监测，电池容量监测、母线对地电压测量等，监控单元通过RS485接口与LCU相接，上送直流系统有关参数。

2）奥斯达蓄电池220V直流电源系统的工作包括以下几种方式

①正常情况下，由充电单元向奥斯达蓄电池组进行均/浮充电的同时，向经常性负荷供电；

②当控制负荷或动力负荷需要较大冲击电流时，由蓄电池组及充电单元共同供电。

The DC system adopts single bus connection and radiation power supply mode. The charging unit is powered by (2+1) high-frequency switching power modules in parallel. The rated output current of each charging module is 40A. The AC power supply input of the charging device should adopt double power supply and a switching device, and a surge protector should be set up to prevent the power grid surge impulse voltage from invading the charging module.

Ostar battery each voltage is 2V300Ah, a total of 104 batteries, using valve-controlled sealed lead-acid batteries. Under the management of the monitoring unit, charge and discharge control, bus insulation monitoring, insulation monitoring of each feeder branch, battery capacity monitoring, bus to ground voltage measurement, etc., the monitoring unit is connected to the LCU through the RS485 interface, and the related parameters of the DC system are transmitted.

2) Ostar battery 220V DC power system work includes the following ways

① Under normal circumstances, the charging unit is used to supply power to the regular load while charging the Ostar battery.

When the control load or power load requires a large impact current, the battery and charging unit are jointly supplied.
